4 out of 5 stars Not too bad   September 29, 2008

Surprisingly entertaining for a bowling game. It took me a little while to master the controls, but once I did the gameplay was quite fun. I enjoyed the amount of customizable items and the amount of play available through league and tournament play. I believe I got my money's worth from this game.

3 out of 5 stars Could have better controls overall decent though   May 26, 2008
The game is decent enough to entertain for a long period of time. (like 2 hours) Once you start out with easier players you are pretty much unbeatable BUT when you start with harder players the bad controls get to you and you would lose big. Maybe I have a strong arm but the controls are bad with me.

5 out of 5 stars A pretty decent game!   September 30, 2007

when i first looked at the cover of the game, i thought it was just a bowling game that looked like the mobile versions of other bowling games. but i was wrong. it was definitely worth the $[...] at Gamestop! The game has great controls, and so far the career mode seems pretty interesting!

This game really does help, if you want to compete against others and don't want to spend the money or listen to crappy music they have playing in there. you can have your own environment and dominate, if you're a man or woman.

for bowling people, i would recommend this game! i'm also going to look into the PSP version for mobile play.

4 out of 5 stars just learning   September 10, 2007

OK just got this game so have yet to learn all the little things yet. This is just first impressions. The graphics are good. It has lane patterns that change but have yet to experiance the change. Mainly due to the fact I haven't learned to hook the ball. Do have a mean straight ball right now though. Will give more about this game when I learn more. Just thought that someone should pop a review on here to get it started.

edit: Ok learned to hook the ball. So far beating the first person is easy in the beginner league. I can tell there is a transition in the oil pattern now. This game will probley start getting tougher as I progress. Right now stuck using a house ball. You can earn $$$ to buy new equipment at the pro shop but the stuff is very high dollar.
