Product Description 80s kids were sure that video games couldnt get better than the NES. Then the 90s happened and the Super Nintendo hit the scene. With 8 more bits, 4 more buttons and no more cartridges blowing, the Super Nintendo set the standard for 16-bit gaming. For 10 years, the SNES was king. Even as 32-bit systems tried to steal the show, the Super Nintendo proved that gaming genius was about more than technology: it's just about fun. Remind yourself how much fun the SNES is. This refurbished SNES console is guaranteed to work upon arrival or weaTMll send you another one. It comes bundled with 1 controller and hookups. .

How I Got The Super Nintendo November 17, 2008 I can remember the day I got the Super Nintendo on December 25 2005. In the morning, after opening presents, I took out my new Game Boy Adanced. I walked outside to the neighbors next door. They were having a garage sale! I walked over to something that caught my eye. I asked "What is this?" The neighbors said," A Super Nintendo." I did'nt know what a Super Nintendo was. I looked at the games. They were, Super Mario World, Mech Asult, and Super Battle Tank 2. They looked fun! I wanted it! I ran home. I got my mom. We went over. My mom was going to get it for me, but it was for $20. Then, the neighbor said that I could have it for free! She took the offer! We brought it home and hooked it up the next day. It was really fun! And that's how I 6 year old Jason Branch got the Super Nintendo! But, at one point Super Battle Tank 2 got really boring! I soon sold it! Then, a little later for some dumb reason I unhooked the Super Nintendo! And there I rested. In a unused closet. But, I was'nt alone without any systems. I had the XBox and Gamecube! Soon, it got to the point when I came across it! With 2 years of ignoring the Super Nintendo, I was going to sale it at our next yard sale! 2 mouthes later, it rested on a table ready for someone to pick it up and take it home! Lots of people saw it but, none wanted it. My friend wanted to sale things of his own at our yard sale. I said sure. He soon took over his Playstaion 1! A neighbor bought it. Soon, another neighbor wantend the Super Nintendo for $20! I was willing to give it up! I went inside my house. It made me remember the day I got the Super Nintendo. I thought about Super Mario World and how much fun it was. I made my finle dicition. I ran outside. I wisper to my mom "I still want it" She kindly told the man that I wanted to keep it. I took it inside. Never again will I retray my favorite system, I thought. After the yard sale was over, I hooked the Super Nintendo back up. I began to love the system again! Prety soon, I got 5 games for it! They were: Jurasic Park, Chanpionsip Pool, Goof Troop, Super Mario World 2, and Bruski World Championship Bowling. Then, when I was 10, I bought 4 games from this website! They were: Super Godzilla, F-Zero, Super Star Wars, and Speed Racer! And now my Super Nintendo lies in my living room on the big screen! It finaly gets the treatment it diserves!

I've been out of the gaming "scene" for a few years now....and i want back in. What to chose....Ps3 or Xbox 360? Well Sh**, i'll never be satisfied because neither will ever compare to this GREAT system. This is what i grew up on and loved for so many years. Great games, reliable, just 100% in every aspect. Why can't they do it like this anymore? Seems like every medium of entertainment has just gone to hell in the 2000's. Movies, Music, Videogames....wtf???

lot of fun from the past. My 12yr old loves playing it, as much as I did when I bought it when it first came out.
