A blast and addicting January 6, 2009 Marti E. Gibson (La Grange, KY United States) We wish there were a few more "pop" tunes or ballads but overall a decent selection of songs. There are a lot of options - single, duet, just practice, competition, full-fledged AI elimination rounds etc (which take awhile to complete). My kids love it because even if they don't really know the song they can do a decent job on "easy" although my 8 year old sometimes forgets its just a video game and gets his feelings hurt at Simon's brutal critiques! Overall love it and look forward to more versions/songs.
Family Fun December 31, 2008 M. E. Kidder A great variety of songs and the ability to sing duets have made this game a hit in our home for both 40-somethings and almost teens. We also purchased a Karaoke Revolution Party bundle so that we had more songs and two microphones. One microphone wouldn't have been enough, and the bundle was a better buy than a separate microphone. We each have multiple avatars so that we can choose a persona that matches our mood and the songs we're singing. You can get pretty creative with the avatar designs, and our daughter thinks that's half the fun of the game.
kareoke idol December 26, 2008 John Tuthill the kids are having a lot fo fun with this, but the judges are starting ot repeat themselves. it will be fun for a while.
fun December 26, 2008 shawn (usa) this game is pretty cool, its a lot of fun and good for passing time or on a party night. the only thing is i would like some better songs. some songs are good but most i really don't care for, i guess it depends on your music taste.
Fun Game December 14, 2008 B. Davis (GA) I enjoyed this game. I didn't know many of the songs because I am a little out of the loop when it comes to music but it was fun just the same. The only issues I have is that there are only 40 songs.
