We purchased this product to repair a cracked case. Total Console delivered quickly (no issues there). Our problems were with the Ghost Case product. The provided tool did not fit the Nintendo screws, the buttons were non-functional, and the Ghost Case did not fit the DS components(even with filing down plastic "burrs", the case & buttons still would not seal or function properly). Long story short, Dead DS. Wasted Money. Sad kids.
